Description
The SRE role owns project priorities and deliverables, refines business and functional requirements, drives engineering-team priorities, and leads reliability, monitoring, capacity management, demand forecasting, root-cause investigation, and incident-retrospective activities. The position requires a B.S. or M.S. degree in a relevant field, 4–6 years of experience, Java and object-oriented programming skills, CI/CD and telemetry experience, and exposure to infrastructure problem solving. It follows BlackRock’s hybrid model, requiring employees to work at least four days in the office per week.
