Artech is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer III in Charlotte, North Carolina to improve the reliability and performance of critical systems. The role involves defining SLOs and SLAs, monitoring and troubleshooting applications, developing dashboards and alerts, conducting post-incident analysis, automating processes, documenting architecture and procedures, and collaborating with development teams. Required qualifications include APM and cloud experience, containerization and orchestration knowledge, monitoring and logging tools, enterprise application support experience, and the ability to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred qualifications include DynaTrace expertise, networking knowledge, Linux and scripting skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
