Description
Cyara is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to monitor, maintain, and ensure the reliability of its global SaaS platform across AWS, Linux/Windows, VoIP/Contact Center systems, and application services. The role includes incident response, cloud and server administration, VoIP troubleshooting, application support, automation, cost monitoring, documentation, and coordination with Customer Support. It is a 24x7 rotational position requiring a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience in NOC, application support, or infrastructure operations.
