Filevine is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, scalability, and operational maturity of its legal AI platform. The role focuses on observability, CI/CD automation, production reliability, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, incident response, and shared 24/7 on-call operations. Candidates need at least four years of relevant software engineering or platform experience, including two years in Site Reliability Engineering or a reliability-focused role, along with Python or Bash, AWS or comparable cloud, Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code, and observability experience. The position is remote or hybrid in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Salt Lake City, with a base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
