Description
The Site Reliability Engineer will build and operate reliability, observability, and operational-excellence infrastructure for GBG’s managed fraud detection platforms. The role covers on-call and incident processes, SLOs and error budgets, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, Terraform and Helm, CI/CD, security and compliance, platform resilience, secrets and identity management, performance testing, and DevSecOps collaboration. It requires at least five years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability, Platform Engineering, or DevOps, with strong cloud, containerization, observability, infrastructure-as-code, and real-time systems expertise.
