Description
The Site Reliability Engineer supports IFS’s Unified Support organization by managing customer licensing, provisioning cloud infrastructure and IFS products, maintaining service availability and environment stability, and engaging with customers to meet service requests. The role focuses on operational execution, service delivery excellence, automation, orchestration, and adherence to governance and security standards. It requires fluency in English and Japanese, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of IT experience including Site Reliability or similar experience, and an entry-level Microsoft Azure certification.
