Description
Liferay is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support its Liferay Cloud platform by troubleshooting customer-reported issues, developing technical solutions and workarounds, improving platform quality, managing incidents and technical debt, and mentoring Customer Care engineers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent, at least two years of software engineering experience supporting an active product, object-oriented programming, Linux, cloud technologies, and fluent English. Preferred qualifications include distributed-team experience, Unix and Linux systems, programming languages such as Bash, JavaScript, Java, and Go, cloud infrastructure technologies, and relevant certifications.
