This role focuses on ensuring customer success by implementing Redline products, assisting clients in problem-solving, responding to production issues, replicating customer issues for verification, managing the production environment, and collaborating with development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, possess experience in financial services systems, understand Linux and performance tuning, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
