Securonix is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support the availability, performance, and reliability of its enterprise SaaS platform. The role owns P1, P2, and complex production issues; troubleshoots application, microservice, ingestion, analytics, database, authentication, and infrastructure problems; restores services within defined targets; coordinates incident bridges; validates recovery; and contributes to root-cause analysis. The position requires rotational 24×7 shift coverage, weekend and holiday scheduling, and participation in critical-incident bridges and on-call escalation. Preferred technical skills include AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, Solr, Redis, CI/CD, Linux, distributed applications, monitoring, SQL, scripting, and security-integration technologies.
