Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of IT operations experience, including networking, computing, and storage
Experience with AWS public cloud or Government Cloud
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of IT operations experience
Configuration management with Ansible or Terraform
Development tooling with Jira, Git, and ArgoCD
Container services such as ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes
Operations tools including Splunk, New Relic, GitLab CI, or Jira Service Management
SAML integration and Active Directory or LDAP
