Tyk is hiring a remote-first Site Reliability Engineer to maintain, improve, and support its global Tyk Cloud API management platform. The role focuses on reliability engineering, incident management, on-call operations, automation, monitoring, documentation, multi-region and multi-cloud infrastructure, operational efficiency, and cloud security support. Candidates should have advanced Kubernetes, AWS/EKS, and Linux experience, plus proficiency with Terraform and Helm and familiarity with Go, MongoDB, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and networking. The position is fully remote from anywhere in the world and includes unlimited paid holidays, an employee share scheme, generous parental leave, and company retreats.
