Description
Tyk is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to manage, maintain, improve, and provide support for their API Management platform. The role involves identifying and resolving reliability issues, defining new metrics, participating in on-call rotations, expanding multi-region/multi-cloud reach, documenting operational knowledge, conducting post-incident analysis, automating tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively, operate large-scale Kubernetes clusters, design infrastructure on AWS, and administer various databases and monitoring systems.
