Viva.com is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain the availability, performance, and scalability of production systems. The role involves improving system architecture and operational processes through automation, observability, incident response, monitoring, root-cause analysis, SLI/SLO tracking, and collaboration with software and systems engineering teams. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, production on-call experience, scripting and cloud/container skills, Linux and networking knowledge, infrastructure-as-code and observability familiarity, and experience with incident management.
