Description
The employer is hiring a full-time, mid-level Solution Reliability Engineer to diagnose and resolve application reliability issues across Linux and Windows environments, with a focus on Node.js and Java applications. The role collaborates with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams; leads root-cause analysis and incident reviews; improves monitoring and observability using tools such as Grafana, Elastic APM, Zabbix, Proxmox, Kubernetes, and AWS; and documents solutions for cross-team knowledge sharing. The position is hybrid in Dhaka, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and flexible working hours.
