XTB is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to define and drive the reliability of systems serving millions of clients. The role focuses on observability platform engineering, reliability enablement, proactive resilience, automation, incident management, and on-call operations. Candidates need professional SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps experience, advanced Python skills, production Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service expertise, and proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Tempo, Thanos, and Jaeger. The position offers remote work from Warsaw or a coworking space in the candidate’s city.
