Description
Ookla is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to build, maintain, and operate a massive-scale distributed infrastructure platform supporting billions of requests. The role covers cloud and container infrastructure, databases, data streaming, observability, security, deployment pipelines, and production support, while providing architectural and operational guidance to software and data engineering teams. Candidates need at least four years of systems or platform engineering experience, global-distributed systems experience, infrastructure-as-code and cloud skills, and proficiency with programming languages and SQL. The base compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000.
