Description
Google is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for its Cloud Storage SRE team in Ireland. The role leads Software/Systems Engineers, owns end-to-end availability and performance of key services, builds automation, manages global on-call rotations, and designs software to improve service reliability, scalability, latency, and efficiency. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, and experience managing people, leading projects, and designing distributed systems; a master’s degree is preferred. Compensation is €150,000–€153,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
