Intermedia is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of critical applications and services. The role focuses on monitoring, observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and operational guardrails, while partnering with software engineering, platform, DevOps, and security teams. It is primarily remote with occasional visits to the office in Coimbra, with future offices planned in Aveiro and Porto.
