Mastercard is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer II for its Business Operations team to support the reliability, scalability, performance, and production readiness of products and platforms. The role focuses on operational stability, developer-run ownership, automation, monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, post-mortems, risk and compliance, and capacity planning. It requires intermediate-level SRE knowledge, scripting and observability skills, Linux/Unix and networking administration, cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, troubleshooting, and the ability to mentor and manage smaller initiatives.
