Description
Xerox is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer II for its Cloud Operations Team in Cebu City, Philippines. The role supports the reliability, scalability, performance, security, and operational excellence of cloud infrastructure powering digital services. Responsibilities include monitoring cloud services, supporting deployments and automation, developing Python and Shell scripts, supporting CI/CD and monitoring tools, participating in incident response and root cause analysis, contributing to disaster recovery and capacity planning, and maintaining operational documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least five years of experience supporting cloud computing platforms, infrastructure, or cloud-based services, along with experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, scripting, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud operations. The role is full-time and hybrid.
