Description
JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer III for its Enterprise Technology, Infrastructure Platforms team. The role owns end-to-end reliability for the ServiceNow platform, including incident response, SLO/observability, automation, performance engineering, troubleshooting, post-mortems, platform upgrades, and stability improvements. It also involves optimizing Java, JavaScript, JVM memory and garbage collection, relational databases, and operational toil, while using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support reliability workflows. The position requires formal SRE training or certification, at least three years of applied SRE experience, strong enterprise platform support experience, and 10+ years in technical support, software development, performance load testing, or professional services.
