Description
The Site Reliability Engineering Manager will establish and lead Site Reliability Engineering at Macmillan Shakespeare, starting as a hands-on technical leader building an enterprise observability platform across Azure, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role will shape observability strategy, influence architecture and engineering practices, automate operations, support platform robustness and cybersecurity, lead incident management and post-incident reviews, and develop engineering standards and governance. The position requires experience with enterprise observability, Azure, IaC, CI/CD, distributed tracing, automation, and SRE practices, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
