Description
Ondo Finance is hiring a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, observability, performance, and incident response of its real-time trading platform. The role involves modifying Go and Rust code, debugging latency regressions, hardening market-data ingestion, building reconciliation and data-integrity tooling, operating multi-region AWS EKS clusters with GitOps, and participating in an on-call rotation covering US equity and 24/7 crypto markets. Candidates need at least five years of SRE, production engineering, or infrastructure experience, strong Go or Rust programming ability, and deep hands-on Kubernetes and AWS experience.
