Description
Hadrian is hiring a Robotics Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of robotics systems across PLCs, ROS2/middleware, and Kubernetes. The role builds observability integrations, telemetry frameworks, diagnostic tools, shared libraries, and automated remediation; partners with controls, robotics, and platform engineering teams; and establishes SLOs, SLIs, reliability release gates, and production-grade telemetry contracts. The position requires production-system reliability ownership, systems thinking, programming in TypeScript, Python, Golang, or C++, and familiarity with Kubernetes, networking, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code. The target salary is $164,000-$270,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
