Citi is hiring a full-time Site Reliability Engineer to support the transition to an SRE model for mission-critical applications and infrastructure. The role focuses on observability, reliability, resiliency, SLO/SLI definition, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and automation using Python, JavaScript, or Go. Responsibilities include monitoring with Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics, developing automation scripts, and working with Generative AI, Tekton, Harness, and OpenShift. The position is based at Citi Solutions Center Poland with a hybrid model of up to two days working from home per week and a base salary range of 165,020.00 to 280,980.00 Polish zloty.
