Arista Networks is hiring an Engineering Productivity Engineer to design, build, deploy, operate, and secure production systems supporting its product development teams in a hybrid cloud environment. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, developer experience, incident response, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and resolution of workflow bottlenecks. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering plus three years of experience, knowledge of Go, Python, shell scripting, Linux, server provisioning, and infrastructure-as-code, along with hands-on experience operating software systems at scale.
