Description
Loadsmart is hiring an SRE Tech Lead to build and maintain its internal platform, drive reliability across engineering squads, and provide hands-on infrastructure leadership. The role involves designing and operating critical systems, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, managing service-level agreements, supporting off-hours infrastructure, and owning software infrastructure projects. It requires 1–3 years leading reliability work across multiple squads, more than five years of cloud, SRE, or DevOps experience, strong AWS and Kubernetes expertise, and proficiency with Linux, networking, monitoring, scripting, and related tools. The position is remote anywhere in Brazil.
