Cohesity is hiring a senior Site Reliability Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to work from a local support centre and provide advanced technical support to customers. The role involves investigating and resolving technical issues, documenting customer interactions and solutions, collaborating with engineering and account management, creating reusable self-service and knowledge-base content, managing support workloads, and mentoring other engineers. Candidates should have 3–12 years of experience in storage, networking, and virtualization environments, strong Linux administration and debugging expertise, familiarity with NFS and SMB/CIFS, storage and data-protection technologies, and experience using AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
