Description
The Service Management Lead will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services; coordinate projects through contract management and shared-service coordination; manage contracts and service agreements; develop stakeholder relationships; and oversee project delivery. The role requires Site Reliability Engineering expertise, project management and contract negotiation experience, shared-service coordination knowledge, stakeholder-management experience, and a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience, with a 15-year full-time education requirement. The position is based at the Bengaluru office.
