Description
Apple is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to lead and support scalable, resilient distributed systems powering enterprise data pipelines and analytics platforms. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, including contributing to platform and application code, managing infrastructure as code, optimizing costs and operational efficiency, participating in on-call and major incident response, conducting root-cause analysis, and establishing production-readiness standards across cloud and on-premises environments. The position requires at least 10 years of SRE or related experience, 2+ years of people-management experience, and expertise in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
