Description
This Site Reliability Engineering leadership role leads software and systems engineers, owns the availability and performance of key services, builds automation, manages global on-call rotations, and designs software to improve scalability, latency, and efficiency. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 5 years managing people, and 3 years designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems; a master’s degree and machine-learning infrastructure experience are preferred. Compensation is $262,000–$364,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
