Description
Klaviyo is hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to build and lead its SRE function from a new strategic hub in Dublin. The role will define the SRE vision and roadmap, establish a center of excellence, build and mentor a distributed engineering team, embed reliability into the software development lifecycle, and own platform availability, performance, change management, monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning. The position requires extensive software engineering and SRE leadership experience, cloud-native systems expertise, distributed-systems knowledge, and experience managing teams across time zones.
