Description
Storyteller is hiring two full-time, contractor Site Reliability / Production Engineers to provide out-of-hours production coverage from anywhere in Tunisia. The engineers will respond to live incidents, assess customer impact, investigate systems, execute safe mitigations, validate recovery, coordinate with Support and product teams, and improve observability, alerting, runbooks, automation, and reliability processes. The role requires technical comfort with code, logs, APIs, infrastructure, databases, and command-line tools, along with AI-assisted investigation and validation; prior production or on-call experience is strongly preferred but not required. The schedule involves shared UK-time evening and overnight coverage, with one engineer active from 17:00–01:00 UK time seven days a week and shared weekday pager coverage from 01:00–06:00 UK time.
