Description
Griffith Company is hiring a Site Safety Manager for a Caltrans project on Route 805. The role monitors nighttime onsite construction activities, enforces safety standards, coordinates subcontractor compliance, leads incident investigations and safety audits, supports emergency response and traffic-control compliance, and maintains safety documentation. The position requires at least 10 years of heavy construction experience, 5 years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30-hour and instructor certifications, first aid and CPR training, and the ability to work nights. The anticipated schedule is 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., with an annual salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 and benefits including health coverage, vacation, sick days, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match.
