Description
Hodess is hiring an experienced Site Safety Manager to provide hands-on safety leadership for construction operations at a project in Chandler, Arizona. The role maintains a visible field presence, conducts inspections and hazard assessments, supports OSHA compliance, leads safety training and meetings, investigates incidents, coordinates with project and subcontractor teams, and enforces safety programs. The position requires 10+ years of construction safety experience, 5+ years of safety management or leadership experience, OSHA 510 certification, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. The schedule is 50–60 hours per week, with a typical 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule, and the start date is mid–late October. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour.
