Securitas is hiring a Site Security Manager to lead day-to-day 24/7 physical security operations for a datacenter or other critical facility. The role manages security personnel, staffing coverage, performance, training, compliance, security systems, documentation, audits, client communication, and risk mitigation, while potentially providing leadership coverage at other assigned sites. Applicants need an associate degree, at least six years of relevant security experience including three years managing people, hands-on experience with security technologies, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and English and Finnish language skills. The position requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability and may involve travel, outdoor work, and physical activity.
