Description
The Site Security Manager leads the 24/7 physical security team at a data center or other critical infrastructure site, reporting to a Campus Security Manager. The role oversees staffing, training, compliance, incident handling, security systems, documentation, reporting, audits, access rights, and client coordination, while supporting other campus or regional locations as needed. Candidates need relevant vocational education or equivalent, at least six years of security-industry experience including three years in personnel management, practical experience with CCTV, access control, and incident management, strong Microsoft Office skills, Norwegian and English language ability, flexible shift availability, and valid work authorization and security clearances.
