Securitas Canada is hiring a Security Site Operations Manager for a new client datacenter site in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The role manages the day-to-day operations of a security team, including guards, responders, supervisors, and control room staff; oversees security systems, audits, documentation, compliance, technology troubleshooting, and safety; and serves as a primary contact for datacenter management. The position requires at least six years of site security management experience, reliability clearance, knowledge of access control and security operations, and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
