STMicroelectronics Malta is hiring a Site Security Responsible to lead the physical and technological protection of its Central Construction Facility Services manufacturing site. The role owns enterprise security systems, maintains and upgrades CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and visitor management systems, manages vendors and contractors, oversees security audits and permitting, controls budgets, and leads and develops internal and external security teams. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical or security field, hands-on enterprise security systems experience, people leadership, continuous improvement, and strong English communication skills.
