Nebius is hiring a Site Selection Manager to lead the acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas, from market strategy and opportunity origination through negotiated agreements. The role develops regional acquisition strategies, evaluates colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other infrastructure opportunities, assesses connectivity and market conditions, and leads cross-functional transactions with legal, finance, energy, engineering, network, technical due diligence, project development, and delivery teams. The position requires at least eight years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and offers a base compensation range of $180,000 to $225,000 USD.
