Description
Vultr is hiring a Project Manager, Site Selection to own the end-to-end coordination of its site acquisition pipeline across multiple concurrent real estate transactions. The role manages market screening, due diligence, lease negotiations, contract execution, cross-functional reviews, risk escalation, and portfolio reporting, while supporting tax and incentive analysis. Candidates need at least five years of experience in data center site selection, real estate acquisition, infrastructure development, or related commercial real estate, along with knowledge of power and utility infrastructure, fiber availability, zoning, permitting, and regional tax incentives. Compensation is $130,000 to $150,000.
