Archmill Solutions Inc. is hiring a full-time Site Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects, including restaurant remodeling. The role supervises on-site operations, subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel; manages schedules, quality, safety, documentation, and stakeholder communication; and resolves construction issues. The position requires extensive travel, approximately 90% travel, and onsite work based on project schedules, with projects typically lasting one to four weeks. Candidates need commercial construction experience, construction-drawing interpretation, constructability analysis, leadership, safety knowledge, and familiarity with construction management software such as Procore.
