Description
Oxland Builders is hiring a full-time Site Superintendent to manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. The role oversees jobsite schedules, vendors, trade partners, customers, production reporting, safety, and minor design and scope adjustments, while directing production employees and resolving conflicts. Candidates need at least five years of high-end residential remodeling experience, a high school diploma, strong construction and carpentry knowledge, and the ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. The position pays $35-$45 per hour and includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement, and holiday pay.
