Charge Robotics is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead mechanical construction on utility-scale solar farms, including tracker/racking assembly and module installation. The role manages crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and training while partnering with robotics and automation engineering teams to deploy automated installation equipment and provide field feedback for product development. The position requires extensive utility-scale solar construction experience, strong field leadership and cost-management skills, and willingness to travel up to 80–90% to project sites.
