Description
InCharge Energy is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead regional EV charging and electrification construction rollouts across multiple active project sites. The role oversees subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, cost tracking, commissioning, closeout, documentation, and customer communication, with significant travel and hands-on charger boltdown and commissioning duties. Applicants need 10–15+ years of electrical construction experience, an Electrical Journeyman or higher qualification, OSHA 30, forklift and Lull certifications, and required or obtainable ECAP and EVITP certifications. The position is full-time and pays $110,000–$150,000 USD annually, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
