Minto is hiring a Site Superintendent for high-rise construction in Ottawa, Ontario. The role supervises construction activities, coordinates schedules and trade partners, manages budgets and materials, approves invoices, oversees health and safety compliance, and leads staff development. A high school diploma is required, while a college diploma in architecture or construction management is an asset; five to seven years of construction experience, preferably in high-rise, is required. The hiring pay range is $115,000-$125,000.
