Responsibilities include supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating civil, finishing, MEP, and fit-out trades, monitoring progress, quality, materials, safety, manpower, and housekeeping, resolving site issues, and preparing daily reports. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant site supervision experience, construction knowledge, drawing-reading ability, leadership and coordination skills, and a diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred.
