Site Supervisor AIC at Intermountain Centers

Intermountain Centers is recruiting a Site Supervisor to oversee a residential behavioral health setting and supervise direct-care staff. The role coordinates resident academic and vocational programs, develops treatment plans and documentation, supports families and referring workers, manages staff hiring, training, scheduling, performance, and disciplinary matters, ensures licensing and quality-assurance standards are met, and provides emergency backup. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field is preferred, while equivalent experience and education may be accepted; applicants must be at least 21, hold an Arizona driver’s license and required vehicle documentation, and have a Level 1 fingerprint clearance.
