Description
ACET is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee contracted maintenance operations for F/A-18 variants assigned to JRB Fort Worth. The role leads senior technicians, inspectors, and logistics professionals; manages staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, safety compliance, audits, and corrective actions; and serves as the primary interface with squadron maintenance, control, and contract-management representatives. The position requires at least 10 years of military or commercial tactical aviation maintenance experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or maintenance-officer capacity, extensive F/A-18 or comparable high-performance aircraft experience, NAMP and contract-model expertise, an active DoD Secret security clearance, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior military aviation maintenance leadership experience. The role is primarily hands-on in aircraft hangars, maintenance shops, and flight-line environments, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
