The role coordinates a team of 3 to 10 employees on industrial or tertiary-sector projects, works actively on site, and combines hands-on work with project planning, organization, progress control, documentation, and quality- and safety-compliance activities. Applicants need a diploma in electrical engineering, industrial electrical engineering, or automation, or equivalent experience, along with technical and interpersonal skills, initiative, leadership, teamwork, and a driver's license.
